A Navajo Sacred Buffalo Pendant with Spear and Turquoise, Sterling
A very traditional Sacred buffalo totem animal pendant in Sterling Silver, made by a contemporary Navajo artist. The buffalo stands atop a spear, and below that is a bright blue Turquoise nugget surrounded by leaves, or feathers. The bail is nice and big for any kind of chain or cord you may want to use.
In Native American lore, the buffalo or bison is a symbol of abundance and manifestation. Wear with pride!
Comes with a basic, non-sterling chain (substitute with your own!).
Weight: 9.7 grams. Height of pendant including bail is just over 5 cm. Height without bail is 3.8 cm. Width is 4.5 cm. The Turquoise stone is an oval shape, and is 1 cm tall. The front of the pendant is sculptural, and the back is flat. Signed by the artist with a faint stamp that looks like "H".
